AM 99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Policies for Malaysia

1. Introduction

Welcome to am 99, an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and am 99 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the am 99 website, mobile application, and all services offered by us.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the am 99 platform, you legally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue your use of the am 99 platform immediately.

Am 99 operates under a valid betting licence and complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent betting environment for all our members.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the am 99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or be legally present in Malaysia
• Not legally prohibited from participating in online betting activities
• Acting on your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party
• Does not hold an active or previously suspended am 99 account

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. am 99 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other relevant documents as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Am 99 enforces a policy of one account per individual strictly enforced. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3. Account Policy

Every am 99 member is fully responsible for the security and activity of their account. You are required to choose a strong password and must not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.

Am 99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an added layer of security. This feature can be activated via the security settings page within your account.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must immediately:

1. Change your account password immediately
2. Contact the am 99 support team at support@am99.my
3. Report any suspicious transactions to us

Am 99 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a member's negligence or failure to safeguard their login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Am 99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Malaysian payment methods. Accepted methods include:

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, accounts with daily deposits exceeding RM 10,000 may be subject to additional verification.

Withdrawal Limits: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal for standard accounts is RM 20,000. VIP members are entitled to higher withdrawal limits.

Processing Time: Deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours, depending on the selected payment method and account verification status.

Am 99 reserves the right to temporarily freeze withdrawals for investigation purposes if there are signs of suspicious activity or to meet legal compliance requirements. In such cases, we will notify the member within 48 hours.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Am 99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 588 on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a 10x rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts
• Am 99 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraudulent activity
• If an account is closed before the rollover requirement is met, the bonus balance will be forfeited
• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over a 7-calendar-day period

6. Betting Rules

The am 99 platform offers Sports Betting across more than 30 international and local sports, including Malaysia Super League football, the English Premier League (EPL), badminton, cricket, live matches, e-sports, and a wide range of online casino games.

All bets placed on the am 99 platform are final once confirmed. Members may not cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly stated in the relevant game rules.

Specific Rules:

• The minimum bet per match is RM 1
• Maximum betting limits vary by game type and membership status
• Bets placed on matches that have already concluded will not be accepted
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, stakes will be returned to the account balance in accordance with am 99's policy
• Am 99 reserves the right to reject or void any bet suspected of involving match manipulation
• Parlay/accumulator bets are subject to additional rules, which can be found in the platform's help section

Betting odds displayed are accurate at the time shown. am 99 reserves the right to adjust odds without notice and may void bets accepted as a result of technical errors or odds mistakes.

7. Member Conduct

Am 99 expects all members to interact respectfully and responsibly on our platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised advantages
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the operations of the am 99 platform
• Use of insider information or confidential information not available to the general public
• Members colluding to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Using a VPN or proxy to spoof your location on am 99
• Any form of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language in communications with the am 99 team

Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination, balance freezing, and legal action where applicable.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Am 99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A member breaches any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour has been detected
• The member provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Account used by someone other than the registered owner
• The member is involved in money laundering or any other unlawful activity
• Am 99 receives instruction from the relevant authorities to do so

When an account is terminated due to a terms violation, am 99 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with the violating activity. Any legitimate original deposit balance may be returned at am 99's discretion after the investigation is concluded.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days, subject to the settlement of all active bets and fulfilment of any applicable withdrawal requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Am 99 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, am 99 shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access caused by a member's own negligence
• Betting results disputed after 30 days from the date of the bet

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of am 99 to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the am 99 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, text, software code, databases, interface designs, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of am 99 or parties who have licensed it to us.

Members are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any content from the am 99 platform without prior written permission
• Using the am 99 name, logo, or brand for commercial purposes
• Creating derivative works based on am 99 platform content
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the am 99 platform software

Infringement of am 99's intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal legal action. am 99 reserves the right to seek injunctions and damages for any violations that occur.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Am 99 is committed to protecting our members' privacy in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by am 99's separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By using the am 99 platform, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance
• Processing of financial transactions
• Fraud prevention and platform security
• Personalisation of user experience
• Marketing communications (if you have opted in to receive them)
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Am 99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes through:

• Push notifications via the am 99 mobile app (where applicable)

Continued use of the am 99 platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw before the new terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
